Registration

To register to ICIAP 2007 you have two ways:

  1. (preferrable) to compile the electronic version of the registration form (see below) and click on the "SUBMIT" button on the bottom. The compiled PDF fiel will be automatically sent to the organizers;
  2. (if the first way does not work) to print the PDF file below, write in it your data and fax it to ModenaTur (fax number: 39 059 2032688)

To view and complete .pdf fillable forms you'll need version 4 or later of the free Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer. Directly using the form controls of the PDF file, the rates and total fields will be automatically generated.

Notes:
* The Full Registration fee includes conference proceedings, coffee breaks, welcome party and gala dinner.
** The 2nd author reduced fee does not include conference proceedings and is only applicable to the co-authors of a paper for which a full registration has been paid.
*** The student reduced fee does not include the conference proceedings. Evidence of student status must be attached and faxed together with this form. This fee only applies to non-authors or second authors.
Please note that accepted papers will only be published if a full registration fee is paid by one of the authors for each accepted paper within June 1st 2007.


ADDITIONAL PAPER PAGES

The number of pages per paper is limited up to six (6) pages. This limit can be extended up to eight (8) pages by paying an additional page charge (€ 50 for each page).


ACCEPTED PAYMENTS The payment must be made in EURO. All bank charges and exchange fees must be paid by payer.


CANCELLATION

For Cancellation before June 15th 2007 6.00 PM, the registration fee will be refunded, less 10% as processing fee. After this date no refund can be expected.
Cancellation request must be sent in writing to Modenatur.

Esenzione Iva:

Esenzione Iva: nel caso di Enti Pubblici vi preghiamo di verificare se l’Ente a cui viene intestata la fattura è esente Iva. In questo caso vi preghiamo di allegare alla presente scheda di registrazione una dichiarazione di esenzione Iva su carta intestate dell’ente stesso. Non verranno accettare richieste di note di credito per l’iva pagata dopo il saldo della registrazione.
